Good Morning!

Our first fruit came in early this week and we pressed over 120 tons of Sauvignon Blanc. This video shows the fruit being dropped into the press and then the bins being moved to the “staging” area. You will also see a tank truck loading up “juice” or must is really the wine term used for grape juice that is not yet fermented.
