Good Morning!

Today, I am just going post some interesting pictures I took during my trip to Chile.

Typical meal/snack in Chile was empandas, Pisco sour, the biscuits with ensalada mix, which is very similar to salsa without the cilantro...it is addictive!

Here is a picture of one of the biggest surprise stops on our trip in Casablanca, Chile at the El Cuadro winery and vineyards. It turns out the place is way off the regular roads but once we pulled in, it was like being in Disney World. The grounds were perfectly groomed, The food was perfectly executed and the experience really was once in a lifetime!
